2.2.0 upgrade - instructions incomplete - should clear the template cache

I've just upgraded from 2.1.1 to 2.2.0.

I found that I was able to view a contact's custom data but not edit it. This problem was resolved when I deleted the cached templates under media/civicrm/templates_c/

Could this step please be added to the upgrade instructions at http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/Upgrade+Joomla+Sites+to+2.2 ?

Clearing template cache is a part of upgrade code. Not sure why it didn't work out in your case. Anyway its a good point for trouble-shooting section and therefore added it.

Thanks Ken.  I've been bugged by the templates_c directory many times, and it is always a good idea to clear this directory whenever a bug appears.  It certainly can't hurt.
