Hi,

When I resend a mailing in 1.8, after the process is finished it shows up in the list without a title...should I report as a bug or is there something I'm missing here? See attached.

Hmm, this is strange. Are you sure you did not delete the mailing’s name on re-send? I just tested this on my local 1.8 sandbox and resending with both the same name and a new one behaves properly (i.e., the name appears in the selector).

Nope, I just tested again and the same thing happens. When I click Resend, the first option is to name the mailing. I leave it as is (there is a value) and click "Next". Am running 1.8.beta.10594...I also noticed that for the mailings that end up without a name, the test send works, but the real mailing never occurs.

How can I help further debug this?

Hm, this is very strange. We’ll have another 1.8 beta release later today, it’d be great if you could test this further based on that tarball.

Yes.

The names of the mailings in question get inserted as null values.

Sorry for the long delay in this! I am now using rev 1.8.10954. Unfortunately, it hasn't changed anything. Whenever I hit "resend" on a mailing, it shows up completely blank in the list after it goes out. I do not name it the same thing; I always give it a unique name. The bottom line of the attached pic is how a resend looks on my installation....ideas or suggestions?

This is very strange. I just retested with my local 1.8 sandbox rolled back to r10954 and everything works ok for me.

To investigate further, I’d need SSH access to your box and Drupal credentials of a user with CiviMail access. Please send them (best – GPG-encrypted with my key, D128F14A) to shot@civicrm.org if interested.
