I'd like new Drupal registrants added to a Civicrm Group - "Registered Users". Already registered users too, if possible. How is this done, or to what extent can it be done? Thank you!

1. Please take the time to read the documentation. We've spent a fair amount of time and money to write the documentation. So please use, comment and update it

2. Please also spend some time just browsing and experimenting with various parts of the interface and what it does. Feedback and comments are wellcome on how to improve it

3. You might also want to try searching the mail archives for answers

4. Might be easier for you to hire someone from the CiviCRM Professional Services page (http://civicrm.org/professionals/)

5. Yes, you can do the below and it is part of the Profile functionality
