To 'first name' in the individual emails

Is is possible to add tokens to your email that will be replaced with CRM content?
We'd like to add a Dear First Name, to the beginning of our mailing.

You might be interested in the Message Templates and, particularly, Mail-merge Tokens for Contact Data wiki pages. :)
