CiviCRM (1.8) Beta install and customization into existing Joomla Site

I would like interested CiviCRM/Joomla developers who interesting
in bidding on this project to make themselves know to me by sending
an email to oncandidate at gmail dot com.  Please include your experience
with Joomla and CiviCRM, links to any showcases that you can share,
your availability to start, an overview of the people that you have available,
and your contact details (including telephone number).

I would then like to call each of you to discuss project and your capabilities.

You might want to give a few more details on the project, a brief description and a link to the relevant web sites as applicable to the project.

The functionality is intended to support the efforts of volunteers
in a political campaign... this will include a donation engine, constituency
sign-up and management, group management and communication, voter
canvassing (which I believe will be a new module in the next release).

A well equipped social network to support the candidate has been
developed and deployed and is currently live.  The web site URL will
be provided in response to your email.

If there is any hesitation is sending an email, then please feel free to
ask questions in this forum and I will be as forthcoming as I can.

Thank youl
