Simpletest docs out of date

These pages seem to be out of date.

I'd love to help contribute to some pages on how to get SimpleTests up and running, especially alongside the other SimpleTests for Drupal modules.

Currently experiencing some oddness which means I can't run CiviCRM simpletests alongside other Drupal modules - not sure if this is specific to me.
