Odd behaviour with non-primary email persisting in Email column in relationships
March 24, 2009, 11:13:48 pm
Hi - one to ignore I think - have a contact who is employee of. changed his 'location' to make his work 'primary', when i look at list of employees under the company, his record shows his now non-primary email. i resave relationships from both ends - no fix - then i resave his contact record - and that fixes it - only then the next employee switches from showing their primary email to showing their non-primary email.

And here is the really good bit, if I go and resave her contact record, her primary email shows, but the guy who I just fixed is now showing his non-primary again.

Like i said, this one comes with a warning! But quiet amusing in a way - like those games where you push on thing in to a box and another one just pops out.

I think this may have been a caching issue - though I was using force refresh - this seems to have settled down overnight  :P
