Webhost doesn't support InnoDB- what are my options?
March 26, 2009, 05:30:48 pm
I've just found out that a new web host (Hostgator) that I've signed up with doesn't support InnoDB for collation, only MyISAM. I only found out when moving a DB from my local PC to the host - didn't work.

I didn't realise that this was potentially an issue until this happened, and didn't think to ask before I signed up.

Is there any workaround for this?
