Hi, how do I remove the right menu blocks on the CiviCRM Home page in the Joomla back-end?

(Quick Search, Menu, Shortcuts, and Access Keys if that's in that 'column' too.)

I would like the page to appear without these redundant right menus, as on the other back-end pages like

or a New Activity page: http://www.screencast.com/t/97N6nPlBuq

You will need to modify the code to accomplish this
