Yahoo Mapping Issues

I am having trouble getting yahoo maps to work with my site. Can someone tell me the exact steps and what I need to request so I can see if there is something I am missing. We are running on CSOD.

sreiter, just FYI... the code Manish posted here for fixing the Google Maps "Map this Address" worked. The only bug is the "Directions To" in the CiviCRM record in Google Maps doesn't work, but I see from JIRA that that bug has been fixed in 1.8 so we're living with it until 1.8 beta is out. So if you are unable to get Yahoo Maps working, I just wanted to update and say that Google Maps is mostly working for us now.

Here's our CiviCRM Google Map of places to apply for new health care coverage in western MA: http://www.compartners.org/civicrm/profile?reset=1&gid=8&force=1&map=1.

Good luck with your map!

Steps for enabling Yahoo mapping are documented here:
http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/Mapping+and+Geocoding

Yahoo mapping has some specific requirements in terms of PHP config (and requires PHP5). If you've taken the above steps and things aren't working, you should report your specific errors to CSOD support.
