Translating CiviCase
March 30, 2009, 07:20:08 am
Having got the multiple languages function up and running  :) my next question is whether the functionality works across the CiviCase module too? I appreciate that these pages are not translated at the moment, since the module is new. But does the functionality for multi-lingual work across that module too. If so we will do the translating using the tools you've made available.

Thanks

Marcus,

Yes, it works in CiviCase as well. CiviCRM 2.2 string bundles contain everything that's needed. Since CiviCase is a new module, there might be some glitches, some untranslatable strings (just quickly skimmed through the code and noticed/fixed a couple of those), so please let us know how it goes, will be easier to fix them.

Thx,
m

Thanks Michal - that's good to know. We are a little way off actually doing the translation at the moment, just doing the feasibility evaluation for a deployment, so will post back when we have something more to tell...
