I see there're 4 menu item for choose.
"Profile Create", "Profile Edit", "Profile Search" and "Profile View"

Their settings are all the same. Do they use for different purpose ?

Create = Use the profile as input form for creating a new contact record
Example: http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/profile/create?gid=1&reset=1

Edit = Use the profile form to edit an existing record (automatically loads data from logged in user if no contact id is passed)
Example: http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/profile/edit?gid=1&reset=1 (login first as demo / demo)

Search = Use the profile as a searchable directory
Example: http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/profile?gid=1&reset=1

View = Use the profile as read-only data page (automatically loads data from logged in user if no contact id is passed)
Example: http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/profile/view?gid=1&reset=1
