Hi -- I'm using the latest CiviCRM with Drupal, and I've configured a default payment processor of PayPal Standard, using the guide in the wiki:

When testing using either a sandbox account or a live account, I'm getting the error "Your API Authorization is Failed." at the top of the page in CiviCRM once PayPal returns me to my site. The payment goes through without any errors on PayPal's end.

Since PayPal Standard doesn't use any API key, this error makes no sense, and gives no clues as to what the problem is. Has anyone else seen this, or is there a known solution?

Seems like you have USPS address cleanup enabled (potentially). I fixed the error message and cleaned up the code a wee bit:
