Not possible to save permissions in overview

I have just switched on CiviCase on our website, and needed to add permissions. When I go to the overview of permissions in Drupal, it looks like I can switch the permission on, but when I click 'save' it does not actually save my entry. That is only possible when I go to the specific role, not on the overview. Does anyone recognize this problem? Is this something that should be fixed? I was confused  ???

Erik - Not sure what would cause this, as you should be able to update permissions from the 'overview' page (e.g. admin/user/permissions). Did you check the drupal logs for any errors? Are you using latest Drupal release? Otherwise I'd do a google search / check drupal.org for possible causes.

Thanks for your reaction! I am using the latest from Drupal, and I will dig into that a little deeper.
