Scrambled email with attachment

Hello,

When I create a "Send an Email" activity for a contact and attach a file to it, this is how the other side is receiving my email. Is there something wrong with how I have setup the CiviCRM system?

It seems even html emails without attachments are coming this way. I'm using CiviCRM 2.2 running under drupal on Windows 2003 Server.

u r most likely using 2.2.0, please upgrade to v2.2.2
