Collapse 'Insert Tokens'

Hi - wondering if others would find that having the 'insert tokens' in Step 3 collapsed as default would make the Step 3 page seem less daunting to users?

Most of our clients rarely use these, and the necessary ones are built in to headers/footers.

It is a kind of scary blast of 'code' looking stuff for simple users to be faced with.

Personally I would agree - I am not too happy with the layout of that screen (and the similar Send Email to Contacts). Maybe add that to the Usability hit list for the Advisory Group projects. A mockup of an improved layout would be helpful.
