Peter - I do have edit right on this now - so I did a quick massage/update. I'd welcome any suggestions for improving it - altho we don't have control over the bottom part which confusingly offers a download of some junk old dev snapshot (wish we could get of that but last i checked we couldn't).

I know. I don't think Drupal help themselves by making everyone live in the junk yard of discarded projects - but in civicrm case it is good to have at least this page - and i approve of your changes.
