Instructional video?

I was thinking about creating an instructional video like "Welcome to CiviCRM" based on my experience with the software from the last year.  Things for a n00b to think about as you get started installing and configuring the software, from a medium-level programmer's perspective.

Does anything like this exist?

You might want to check out the Screencasts linked from the doc on the wiki. I don't think they cover what you're wanted to include - but you can see what's currently available:
