Hi,
Our Resident Association(in India, Bangalore) is looking for a Resident Association Management software. After doing initial search, i found that CiviCRM might be able to do the job.

High level requirements are as follows:
1) Registration/Addition/Deletion/Updation of member records.
2) Email support to all/custom list of members( sorting based on street names)
3) Annual membership fees collection, records, expense statement, repair and new works details
4) News Page,..Happenings , donation collection etc ..!
5) list of all churches, temples, etc
6) Contact details of hospitals, police, ambulance, BBMP etc .!
7) Expense report, ledger statement, list of people who have not paid etc ..!
