I upgraded successfully from 2.1.0 to 2.2.2. Congrats to the developer teams for all the great work. The new install/upgrade is a big improvement.

One item I did have to do that may save someone else time is existing menu items pointing to CiviCRM contribution pages had to be refreshed. I think it's because of new personal contribution page items, the menu items had to be reconfigured because of additional options. All you have to do is go to the menu item, change the type, then select contribution page again and save it.

I'm using Joomla 1.5.10 and Bluehost for a hosting company and very happy with both.
