Hi,

I am creating a new event that allows multiple participants.  I would like the 'top of page' profile to be presented only once and the 'bottom of page' profile to be presented for each participant being registered.  The idea is allow a team to enter "team info" once, but then enter "individual info" about each team member.  The number of team members is a variable, so the "multiple participants will work perfectly.  I just don't want to have to repeat the "team info".

Is there any way to do do this?

There is an easy profile edit - I posted elsewhere to suppress profiles on later pages. Have toddler at keyboard - will look later

Unfortunately there is not an easy way to gather information about a related person at this stage. You can really only present fields that relate to the person registering for the event. Generally the parent has to create an account as one of their kids (although you can name the field 'child's first name' to make it clear).

The bit about different profiles earlier in this post refers to the profiles presented on the sign up form not the person whose data you are collecting

In civicrm\templates\CRM\Event\Form\Registration\AdditionalParticipant.tpl lines 69 and 70 are the lines that tell it to call the pre and post profiles configured for the event. If you remove one then the profile will not show for second and subsequent participants.
