I am a community organizer working for a community organization in the Philadelphia/NJ area. We have a drupal website and are considering switching from a custom made database to CIVI CRM (about 10,000 records).

We want to be able to develop an individual donor campaign where we would solicit donations through emails and possibly through surface mail letters. We also want to be able to do event registration through our website/CIVI CRM.

We have identified a consultant in Philadelphia who says he can help us do this but wanted to get some recommendations and/or speak or email with a few people on their experience from a few different non-profits who are using CIVI CRM . We are a small organization of 4 staff, and are particularly interested in speaking or emailing with people who work for non-profits using CIVI CRM to raise money online from individuals.
