I'm currently using Joomla 1.5.10 with CiviCRM 2.2.2 installed on a local testing site (sorry, nothing I can share).
When I create a new event, there is no place for me to enter the Location Name, such as "The Chrysler Building".
All I can enter is the address information: Address, Addt'l Address1, Addt'l Address2, etc.

Go to Administer CiviCRM >> Global Settings >> Address Settings and check the box for Address Name under Address Editing. This should give you a "location name" field in your Event Location form.

Thanks so much. I'm still learning how to fully use CiviCRM. It is dense but powerful.
Looks like going through all the settings under Administer CiviCRM will help me understand all that is capable.
