It always show :

S 15S El Camino Way E
Collinsville, CT 16022

How to edit or remove this ? Is it part of the domain.address ?

This is part of the domain address. edit a url similar to:

http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/contact/domain?action=update&reset=1

Thanks for reply.

The strange thing is in my CiviCRM Configure -> Domain Information

"CiviMail Domain Address" and "Additional Domain Contact Information" are both absent.

What possibility could cause this happen ?

I am using Joomla, any different to Drupal ?

it appears on the demo joomla server:

http://joomla.demo.civicrm.org/administrator/index2.php?option=com_civicrm&task=civicrm/contact/domain&action=update&reset=1

you'll need to help us debug and figure out why it is not happening on your install.

Hi Lobo

I think it might be caused by file missing. Could you tell me any related php file that use to control "Domain Information" (especially the view).

there are quite a few files that make up any specific page.  The important file is CRM/Contact/Form/Domain.php. you can trace it from there

Just find out the cause of the problem. It is relate to how you make change in Enable Components.
"CiviMail Domain Address" and "Additional Domain Contact Information" are both exist after a fresh installation.

When I disable CiviMail, these 2 frames are gone.
After I enable CiviMail, they are back.

But the case of CiviMember is different.
When I disable CiviMember, they are gone.
After I enable CiviMember, they are still absent.

That mean if you have been disable CiviMember and need that 2 frames back. You need to disable CiviMail too (if you not disable it yet). Don't forget to save. Go back and enable these 2 components simultaneously (or CiviMember first then CiviMail). Click save to finish it.

I don't know is this method has been mention in documentation or already discussed in this forum before.

I'm using the newest CiviCRM 2.2.2

Just to say - this problem still exists with the current 2.2.7 version.

thanks so much for the solution!

I just tried to replicate bug this on our 2.2.7 demo and am unable to replicate. Possibly you are using a different set of steps - and it would be good to know if this bug is still around. Can you try and replicate on http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/ - and if so post a bug report with detailed steps. Thx.

I am experiencing the same issue.  To resolve it I disabled civimember and then the settings appeared on the domain information page once again!  I am running 2.2.5

FYI - we are always displaying the domain address fields in 3.0 (regardless of component states).

Thanks for posting this, and i'm delighted that it shows regardless of settings in 3.0.

It was pretty frustrating trying to fix this on a 2.9 install until i found this. I think the key is the order in which the components are stored.
