joomla template not displaying

joomla 1.5.10
Civicrm 2.2.2
Template: Rocket theme Hivemind.

setting up civicontribute pages worked fine but when I make the page a menu item the civi-elements show and work but the page template does not load. it worked in civicrm 2.1.4.

http://needproject.org   click on donation menu Item.

any Ideas?

I figured it out. sh404SEF security was giving a (flooding) error. and I had to tell it to leave Civicrm component alone.
