Footer Template comes below the opt out text?

is there a way to get this above the closing opt out text?

I'm pretty sure u can put the opt-out token in the footer.

You might want to check that, and if so, you can arrange the footer in the manner you like, with the opt-out text below the footer etc

I did try it after, sorry I should have mentioned that.
It errors out saying that it can not find those tokens in the uploaded files.

I can confim this issue.

You can put the opt-out, unsubscribe and domain adres in the footer, no problem. The problem is that it also must be present in the content (the upload text and HTML message), thats double. Otherwise an error occurs. It would be nice to place the opt-out, unsubscribe and domain adres in the footer (or header) with the content token clean.

This is a a bug and will be fixed for the next 1.8 beta:
