Eliminate blue border on CiviCRM front-end screens

How can I eliminate the blue border that appears on all my Joomla front-end CiviCRM screens, such as CiviEvent Information pages,  CiviEvent sign up pages, CiviContribute pages, etc.

I have been experimenting with <my base install>/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/css/civicrm.css but have not had any luck.

Might be good to check out the style(s) affecting that div using FireFox's Firebug extension.
