fomatting hard coded into template

I got this sent through to me and the point made seems very reasonable - there is formatting information coded into the template

Changes to this would almost certainly get lost on an update.
The style sheet does actually set the correct colour, but this has been hard-wired into the tpl file for some reason. Probably a mistake.

I would change every instance of
<td class="right" style="border-right: 5px double #92B6EC;">
in the tpl file to
<td class="right splitter">
