Hi all,

I'm working on a site that has heavy CiviCRM integration (Drupal 6/CiviCRM 2.2) and need to hire a CiviCRM expert, particularly someone knowledgeable about CiviCRM  Views and OG integration - and someone who would have a couple of hours free this week.

To start, I would like to hire you just for a couple of hours to provide general advice on the best way to proceed with this site.  After that, there will be additional work.

To give you an idea of the challenges I'm facing, there's a need on this site to be able to display user profiles in many different ways.  In the past, I've done this with node profile (Drupal 5), which was very easy.

Trying to do this with CiviCRM Views integrations has presented some challenges  -- for example, filtering these views by group or tag, adding images, or just being able to theme a teaser.  Perhaps the best approach is not to do it this way and use the content profile module and somehow sync it to the users CiviCRM record.  But that's the type of advice I need.

You will primarily be getting me up to speed on CiviCRM and answering questions around the best strategy to take.
