When you re-sent a mail, most of the old content in the boxes are present.

Not in Upload text message and upload HTML message. There is no tekst in these boxes, they are blank.
That is not practical: you dont know the exact files who were sent.

Apart from that, you can go forward with the blank boxes, the original files will be send.

I suspect this will get fixed in 2.x

The main issue is:

1. In v1.x we only allow a file upload. However we store the contents of the file in the database and not the actual file itself. So when you resend a mailing, we have the contents of the mailing but not the actual file itself.

2. "Upload" form elements are special in HTML and dont follow the same rules as other form elements

3. In v2.x we will allow people to edit their mailing online via a WYSIWYG editor. In this scenario, we can place the contents of the "sent" mailing in the textarea directly
