Hi All
It's only the 2nd day of using civiCRM very impressed so far but having trouble with an event registration form. I have created a custom data group and a custom data form. I have allocated it to participant role=attendee but it is not showing on the custom form. Do I need to allocate the event to the custom data group

What am I doing wrong?

When you say a custom data form - do you mean you created a profile? If so then on the individual event you can assign it to an event on the online registration page of the event itself
