hoping you all can help.
I have created an online rego page using custom data fields linked to a custom profile, and set as a "particpant" type for the event.
We also have some registrants who have submitted faxed forms that our association admin will enter into the backend.
Unfortunately, some custom data fields do not appear in the backend rego page, whilst they do appear if a front end registration is made.
This means that we can neither edit nor see or search the data entered in the custom fields by registrants.
Price sets etc are all working fine.
Do you have suggestions on how to sort out my issue?

Registration goes fine when a user is logged in - no problems entering data.

It's when you come to administer or register the event participant in the back end. Custom data forms that the user entered in whilst completing the form is not visible or accessible when administering the participant in the back end.

The custom data is set for a profile ok, and that profile is matched to the "participant" category of event attendee.

Perhaps it has something to do with the registrant possibly not having a joomla account if they are not an existing member?

Other forum entries seem to indicate that all should be good if "participant" has been selected for in the custom profile for the particular event.

Not sure where to go without expert help. Can Mr Lobo shed any light on the situation?
