Please select at least Group Status value error on Export of Smart Group

When attempting to export a smart group I receive a:

Please correct the following errors in the form fields below:

    * Please select at least Group Status value.

Even though the records are all selected.

Using CiviCRM 2.2 and Drupal 6.10.

Any ideas?

would be great if you try to replicate on : http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/
If issue persists please give detail steps to replicate.

Sure. I will try and replicate. 

Some additional details:

1) Seems to happen with every menu option from the Manage Groups Page

2) The contacts were added via an event registration.

Doesn't seem to happen on the demo site.  Could there be a permission issue somewhere?

Also can someone tell me how I can get some error logging and where it goes?  I tried turning on debugging options but received the same error message with no trace or anything.

Looks like there is another thread where the same thing was happening to other people:

I did upgrade from 2.1x to 2.2 -- maybe this has something to do with the error?

The Group options are now working.  To fix I upgraded from 2.2.0 to 2.2.2.

Sorry I can't offer any additional insight into why this was broken, but if someone else runs into a similar problem, try running an upgrade.
