CiviCRM for Real Estate Website
April 30, 2009, 07:28:30 am
Hello,
I know Civi is designed with non-profit in mind, but the functionality I am looking for is pretty simplistic. So, I am wondering if Civi might be a good choice.  Basically, I am looking for a CRM that integrates well with Joomla which we are thinking of templating / reselling to real estate agents.

On the realtor's templated website:
1) when a user signs up, then they get a monthly newsletter
2) the realtor can login to some frontend module to make notes on where in the sales cycle they are with this client
3) each home shopper will have a frontend login access to some module where they will be able to see messages they sent to the realtor from their account on the joomla site to their realtor.... so kind of like a PM

I am pretty sure that 1 and 2 are cake for Civi, but I would like to hear your thoughts.

Also, is there anything like 3 available in Civi?

Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

Many thanks,
Mike
