Deleting users

I have populated my CiviCRM with the example set. This is a lot of data and mostly irrelevant as we bocome familiar. As we want to reduce this, what elements e.g. contacts should we be deleting and/or is there any particular order to this?

I would recommend drop and create new civicrm database before going live. Else you can always use Task Action for Contact delete.
