Upgrade instructions for 2.2

Hi,

There are currently no upgrade instructions for 2.2 on the wiki.

http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC21/Upgrade+Drupal+Sites+to+2.2 says This document has been moved to [new location], with [new location] not linking anywhere.

What is the upgrade procedure?

Ah yes, thank you! I must have gone into the wiki via a dodgy link and been trapped in the land of CRMDOC21. It's the end of the day here in the UK, that's my excuse.
