Comments in documentation

Hi there,

Looks like I can't add comments to the new documentation any more - is that intentional?  I was going to add a comment saying that the explanation of fuzzy and strict contact matching rules is kind of confusing and I could help rewrite it if I was sure about what was going on.  Will ask the question of duplicate matching in the appropriate forum.

That's exactly the "flow" we're shooting for.... clarify how things are supposed to work on the forum if needed, and THEN edit and improve or correct the wiki. Having external comments was adding to the confusion and maintenance issues.
