Internal sever misconfiguration error for paypal standard payment processor

I am using civicrm 2.2.2 (upgraded from 1.9)..i have created contribution page in this i am using custom profile(but no any custom data), many times it works fine but some times it gives follo error.
" Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@paypal.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log "

..when error comes I get the url  =>https://www.paypal.com/xclick?business=info%40[mywebsitename]&notify_url=[websiteurl with civicrm having some information]/............

error comes randomly,is there any configuration i am missing ?

does this happen for the same url randomly? or does it appear for different urls randomly? or for one specific url all the time?

if the last case, can you cut-n-paste the exact url (u can change any identifying info). please do keep the various non-alpha numeric characters as is
