Pre-form help not showing in price sets

I'm running CiviCRM 2.0.6 with Drupal 5.x.  I'm not in a position to upgrade to 2.1 or 2.2 at the moment.

I have event registration forms working but when I try putting in pre-form help text into my price sets, that text is not showing up on the actual "live" form.  The price set fields show up and the specific individual field help text shows up (element.help_post in Register.tpl). 

How can I get the main price set pre-form help to show?

2.0 is no longer supported. Your best bet would be to hire someone from http://civicrm.org/professional/. Web Access is a good choice

I'll figure it out.  Once I patch it, I'll submit my results back.
