loading a mailing template fails with "cj is not defined" javascript error

Attempting to load a simple text line : "John Test" saved previously as a template.  I confirmed the save operation worked (checked the database table).  Attached is the error as reported on Firefox 3.

Did you upgrade?  Can you clear your cache and media/civicrm/templates_c folder and check if you get same error.

The problem started when I had upgraded to 2.2.2, worked finr before that.  Yes, I cleared the templates_c folder and bounced the server/cleared and my cache.

Strange, I am not able to replicate this on my local install. Can you try to replicate this on http://joomla.demo.civicrm.org.

Hi Kurund,

given it's a complete failure of the component I'm doubtful I'll be able to reproduce it on your system.  I'd guess some element of the upgrade failed and as a result the fckeditor component is having some issues.

Is there any way to re-apply the upgrade?

You should restore back to pre-upgrade stage and retry upgrade process.

That's not an option as it's been over a month since the upgrade.

If you think some fckeditor files are missing then you can replace ../administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/packages/fckeditor folder and check if that helps.

I'm going to install 2.2.2 to a new area from scratch and compare the areas and database structures.
