Mailing List Subscriptions - subscribe to group error

I've been having some problems with the Mailing List Subscription page subscribe function pick the right mailing list in 2.1.4. Tried it on the demo site and found a bit of confusion in the output when trying to 'subscribe'. The attachment is self explanatory.

The most important issue is visible in the mls2 attachment. It appears that the form only looks at the last digit of the Group ID. So in this case, having a Group ID 3 and a Group ID 13 causes only #3 to be considered.
