Select Fields dependent Contents

Hi,

On the invidual site "civicrm/contact/add?ct=Individual&reset=1" are the select field country and State/Province
If you selected a country than appears only the State/Province which belongs this country.

My Ask ist: How can ich implement those "Select Fields dependent Contents" ? in my own forms.
