I'm using CiviCRM for a homeowners association website. I have imported all the residents (husband, wife, children) and associated them with the household they belong to. At this point, the address information is associated with the individuals, rather than the household. In hind sight, I suppose it would have been better to import that data into the household.

So, I'm now wondering what would be best use of the household. I would like to use the household for the annual membership dues and let that membership apply to the household members. I'm pretty sure I've got things setup to support that. But, before I get too much further into this (and things get harder to undo), I'd really like to hear others thoughts on how best to create/leverage these relationships and where best to store various data points (i.e., the household or individual).

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
