Dev mailing lists?

Hello, I would like to know if the civicrm devel mailing list is active. (http://lists.civicrm.org/lists/info/civicrm-dev) The archives only go up to May 2008 or so. Is that the right place to catch up on the latest developments? Or is there a different mailing list I should subscribe to? Where do the developers/users discuss issues, aside from this forum?

We stopped using mailing lists sometime ago :)

Developer Discussion is now here: http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/board,20.0.html

I'll update the list information on the mailing list site

The link to the mailing list archives on http://civicrm.org/help is still active , how would that be fixed?
