Registration not working

Hey guys,

I've set up civicrm. All installed. All good.

Set up my event with a few custom fields and price sets etc etc.

It all works fine on my system - I've tried it in three browsers - but when my client tries to use it, when he clicks next on the registration - it goes back to the homepage. Can anyone please help me. It's hard to bug test something that isn't happening for me.

note: I get the dojo.js line 20 error that I've seen a few people get...

I'm not sure I'm able to help, but it would be helpful if you could share your client's configuration with the community. (Though that might not be the source of the problem, it seems to be a factor.)

It would be useful to check for the existence of files named either 'error_log' or 'CiviCRM.log' in your Joomla! directory tree. When the application complains about something, it writes the error into such a file. Ask the client to tell you when they had the problem, and look for errors that match.

Are you using ssl and https? It could be a certificate issue.

Can't find any error logs that have civicrm stuff in it... all I know is that ..no one.. has been able to register for the event (besides me on my work computer) and invitations have gone out across the country to all the clients school contacts...it's a major major cluster@#$%...

Nothing seems to be wrong but it's not working...

We aren't using SSL (which is why I didn't really care about the dojo stuff)..
