Hi,

I've made some front end links to allow members to view list of all members profiles, and search other members by fields.
All works fine but I've just found out that all registered members can edit others members profile !
Is there a way to remove that edit button for registered members and allow editing only for admins ?

This sounds like the bug that was reported here:
http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-4489

... and will be part of the next minor release (2.2.4).

The changes affect a single - you can see them here if you want to backport the fix prior to 2.2.4:
