   HI Pleas tel me how to install civiCRM 1.9 in my Drupal5 and I am new to civiCRM so pleas tel me each steps

CiviCRM team no longer supports CiviCRM 1.x releases. I  would strongly recommend migrating to drupal 6 and install latest CiviCRM v2.2.3. If Drupal 5 to Drupal 6 migration is not an option then you should install CiviCRM v2.0.x.
