State/Province field name not changing on Edit screen

Hi - minor buggette?

So have used the Name and Address Profile for registration - have changed the Field Name to Region - it shows as such on Preview and when I view a user account - but if i 'create new account' or 'edit' an existing account it shows as 'State/Province'

I think this is fixed in v2.3, so can you try to replicate this on http://sandbox.civicrm.org.
