Setting up donor programs not accepting $ amounts
May 31, 2009, 05:22:56 am
I've been searching but cant find an answer. I am new to civicrm and creating Donor Programs in civiContribute. The screen will not allow me to enter an amount. Is this a fundamental configuration error?   Thanks

Can u elaborate on what screen / functionality you are using on CiviCRM. Giving us the url on demo: http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/ will help

Thank you Don. I'm using Joomla. This is stopping us from completing the set up of our donor pages in CiviContribute. We need to set Fixed Contribution Options.
We can enter our contribution labels, but the fixed amount field next to each contribution label is not allowing me to enter this information.

For example, we are asking for donations at 5 different levels.
The Platinum Program is $50,000
The Gold Level Program is $25,000
The Silver Level Program is $10,000
The Titanium Program is $5,000
The Zirconium Program is $1,000

I can put in the labels, but can not change the $0.00 field next to each label. Is this a database permission issue?
