Some of the tokens are
Last pledge
Full Address (to prevent empty lines if one address does not have supplemental address 2 for example)
Name of the Primary House Hold Member so you can say Dear so and so. But this looks for the nick name of that person so you could put that spouse nickname there.
Next pledge date and amount ("Your next pledge of X is due on X or if blank nothing)
Date (okay so they could type that ( -:)
